## 1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any mobile application developed by Armillary Sphere LLC (the "App" or "Apps"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

## 2. Description of Service

Armillary Sphere LLC develops mobile applications that may include features such as habit tracking, progress monitoring, cloud synchronization, and premium subscriptions. Specific features depend on the individual App.

## 3. Account Registration

* 3.1 Account Creation: You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old.

* 3.2 Security: You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use at hello@armillaryspherellc.com.

## 4. Subscription Terms

### 4.1 Free Trial

Some Apps offer free trials. Payment authorization may be required. You will be charged after the trial unless you cancel.

### 4.2 Billing and Auto-Renewal

* Payment: Charged to your Apple ID (or equivalent) at confirmation.

* Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends.

* Price Changes: We may change prices with advance notice to current subscribers.

### 4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

* Cancellation: Manage this via your device's App Store settings.

* Refunds: Handled entirely by the platform provider (Apple/Google). We cannot process refunds directly.

## 5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App for illegal purposes, reverse engineer the software, interfere with App functionality, or share your account with others.

## 6. Intellectual Property

* Our Rights: The Apps and all content are owned by Armillary Sphere LLC.

* Your Rights: You retain ownership of your personal data. You grant us a license to use it solely to provide the service.

## 7. Data Storage and Deletion

* 7.1 Local Data: Stored securely on your device.

* 7.2 Cloud Data: Retained on servers until you request deletion.

* 7.3 Deletion: Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

## 8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION.

## 9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Armillary Sphere LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

## 10. Dispute Resolution

* Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.

* Arbitration: Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Austin, Texas.

* Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action.
